This is a fun, easy welding workshop for beginners to work in groups of two or more…and a great workshop for some bonding!
This beginner workshop introduces the basics of “MIG” welding and how easy it can be to permanently join pieces of metal. We will teach the proper welding set up, metal prep, various types of weld joints, clamping, tacking and finishing welds. This workshop is a great first step for building skills and confidence with welding that will translate to more creative explorations at the next. All minors must participate with an adult.
