Power Hammered fire poker Workshop

In this intermediate level class, participants will learn the techniques necessary to forge their own fireplace poker. We'll begin with hand forging to get familiar with the metal and then we'll be using the power hammer to incorporate a lesson on productivity and really get things thumping! We will learn blacksmithing techniques including drawing to a point, bending, and twisting that will produce to decorative elements that you can incorporate into your own unique piece for your fireplace or fire pit.
All minors must be accompanied by and adult.
