Policies

Workshop Safety Policies:

  • All participants must wear eye protection at all times.

  • Participants are encouraged to acquire their own protective gear ( eye protection, ear protection, welding masks, leather gloves, clothing cover/apron, etc. ) prior to arrival. All safety gear MUST be worn as instructed throughout each workshop or experience. We offer safety glasses and earplugs for anyone who does not have their own.

  • Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for outside weather with layers to manage personal comfort

  • Leather boots or durable shoes are highly recommended

  • No open-toed shoes will be permitted in the workshop at any time…no exceptions.

  • No consumption of alcohol will be allowed during any workshops activities

  • Use of power tools by participants is not permitted without assistance or supervision from an instructor

  • All participants must wear workshop appropriate protective safety gear

  • All minors must be accompanied by an adult even if the adult is not participating in the workshop. Though we encourage everyone attending to participate.

  • All minors under 12 years old must participate with an adult.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Participants who wish to cancel a scheduled workshop must do so at least one week prior to the scheduled workshop for a full refund.

  • For notifications within 72 hours of a scheduled workshop a credit will be offered toward another workshop and the participant will be asked to reschedule

  • Participants will be offered credit toward a future workshops for any health related absence and be asked to reschedule

  • No refunds or class credit will be offered for absence without notice prior to the scheduled workshop
